Cottage Rental Information
The 600 sq ft. individual Cottages are available nightly for short-term stays at $120 a night for up to 4 weeks. Long-term pricing is available for various lease lengths. Transportation to medical treatment is provided and other services are offered to help those impacted by environmental illness. Each Cottage is fully equipped with furniture, television, cookware, cutlery, bedding, towels, washer/dryer, individual heat/air, whole-house double water filtration system. We are located on 15 acres of land 30 minutes south of downtown Dallas next to a rural cluster of residences in Ellis County, Texas. Each Cottage is fully furnished and built to house those with various environmental illnesses such as MCS and EHS by using healthy building materials, shielding against cell phone towers, and installing low noise equipment and other features you can read about in the Details page.
